One Stop Kitchen Shops reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these rules at any time. The updated version will be published on www.onestopkitchenshops.com and will take effect immediately upon publication. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you are deemed to have discontinued and waived the right to use the services provided by One Stop Kitchen Shops.
All buyers and suppliers are deemed to have accepted these rules when using any services provided by One Stop Kitchen Shops. Each supplier is responsible for publishing their own Return & Refund Policy on the applicable product detail page.
In the event of any conflict, One Stop Kitchen Shops’ policy shall prevail over the supplier’s policy.
For after-sales issues, buyers must submit a return or refund request within 30 days from the delivery date (except for certain suppliers whose after-sales period has been explicitly approved by One Stop Kitchen Shops). Requests submitted outside the applicable after-sales period may be denied.
Before an order is shipped, the buyer may request cancellation by selecting the “Request Refund” option in the One Stop Kitchen Shops Buyer Center or by contacting customer service. Please note that some suppliers do not accept order cancellations prior to shipment. The supplier must approve or reject the request within 3 business days.
If a supplier cannot fulfill an order within the processing time stated on the product page, including but not limited to out-of-stock situations or operational limitations, the supplier reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
If the buyer receives damaged or broken goods and submits a refund request with clear and compelling evidence, and the goods require return, the supplier must provide a prepaid return shipping label within 3 business days. A refund will be issued once the return is confirmed as in transit via the logistics tracking system.
One Stop Kitchen Shops does not require suppliers to accept non-defective “remorse” returns. Acceptance or rejection of such requests is determined solely by the supplier’s policy as displayed on the product page.
If a supplier accepts a non-defective remorse return and applies a restocking and repacking fee, the total fee shall not exceed 35% of the order total.
One Stop Kitchen Shops does not mandate supplier warranty obligations, including whether a warranty is offered or how it is administered.
Approved refunds must be issued within 3 business days, and redeliveries must be initiated within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified by supplier or platform policy.
Once an after-sales request is submitted, the buyer must provide required evidence within the applicable policy period. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request. Determination of evidence sufficiency rests solely with One Stop Kitchen Shops.
Buyers may request a full refund if an order is not shipped within the stated processing time.
If goods are returned during transit, suppliers must refund or initiate redelivery within 5 business days of the request.
If goods are confirmed destroyed in transit with valid proof, suppliers must refund within 3 business days or initiate redelivery within 5 business days.
Correction or cancellation is not guaranteed if incorrect recipient information is provided. Buyers assume responsibility once the order has shipped. Returned goods may be refunded within 3 business days of receipt, and redelivery fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Buyers must provide valid proof of defect. Suppliers must respond within 3 business days. Approved returns require a prepaid return label and refunds will be issued within 3 business days of transit confirmation. Redelivery, when approved, must be initiated within 5 business days.
If tracking information is invalid and not corrected within 4 business days, a refund will be issued.
If no tracking activity occurs for more than 7 business days, the buyer may request a refund, which must be issued within 3 business days.
If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe by 10 days or more, the buyer may apply for a refund.
During holidays, severe weather, public health events, or other abnormal situations, buyers should contact One Stop Kitchen Shops or the supplier through official communication channels. A final decision will be provided within 14 days.
If a buyer is unsatisfied with the resolution of an after-sales issue, the buyer is responsible for opening a dispute with One Stop Kitchen Shops for further review and assistance.
